Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance to oversee all financial activities, ensure optimal use of capital and resources, and safeguard the company’s financial health. The role involves shaping financial strategy, managing accounting teams, and driving long‑term profitability. You will collaborate with senior leadership to align financial planning with business objectives and provide insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results.
• Approve or reject budgets and allocate resources.
• Conduct risk management and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Supervise a team of accountants and manage cash flows.
• Perform profit and cost analyses and develop secure procedures for confidential information.
• Ensure accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
• Consult board members on funding options and recommend cost‑reducing solutions.
• Oversee treasury operations and manage liquidity.
• Prepare financial reports for board and stakeholders.

Required profile
