About the role
Our client, an emerging Savings & Loans company in Ghana, is seeking a highly competent Head of Treasury to lead its treasury function and drive profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Participate actively in a profitable treasury department of a universal bank or savings & loans company.
- Initiate the development of bankable and profitable treasury products.
- Maintain and optimise liquidity management and cash‑flow forecasting.
- Oversee risk management and compliance within treasury operations.
- Lead business development initiatives to achieve sustainable profit.
- Manage and mentor the treasury team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a leading universal bank or savings & loans company in Ghana.
- Proven track record in a profitable treasury department and strong industry contacts.
- First degree from a reputable university.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, with a business‑development mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
