About the role

The Head Teacher will lead the academic programme at Datus International School, overseeing both the Accra and Tema campuses. This senior position is responsible for ensuring high‑quality education, fostering a safe learning environment, and collaborating closely with parents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an academic curriculum that meets national and school standards.
• Communicate regularly with students’ parents to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Assess student needs and development, using data to monitor performance and produce reports.
• Select, train, support, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
• Provide guidance to staff for resolving student‑related issues.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children within the institution.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Degree in Education.
• Five years or more of experience in education management.
