About the role
Provide strategic academic leadership and oversee daily school operations to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and a safe, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead curriculum delivery, assessment, and technology integration.
- Manage school administration, budgeting, policy implementation, and operational efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non‑teaching staff, fostering professional development.
- Engage with parents, PTA, management, and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with GES regulations and child safeguarding standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within education.
- Strong knowledge of the Ghanaian curriculum and educational policies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
