About the role
Prixin Company Limited is looking for a qualified HSE Officer to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across its construction project sites. The role involves on‑site inspections, risk assessments and promoting safe work practices.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Enforce PPE requirements and safe work practices.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant HSE experience, preferably in construction.
- Strong communication, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to work on project sites, including locations outside Accra.
