About the role
Frontline Capital Advisors Ltd is looking for dynamic Investment Banking Executives to join its growing team in Accra. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions, financing, restructuring and capital‑market transactions for corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform valuation analyses using DCF, LBO, trading and transaction comparables.
- Originate and execute equity and debt transactions.
- Build detailed financial models to assess performance under various scenarios.
- Prepare client‑facing presentation materials covering strategic alternatives and corporate finance topics.
- Participate in all stages of deal execution, from pitch to closing.
- Coordinate with deal‑team members across the firm.
Required profile
- Team player with strong work ethics.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
