Kindergarten Facilitator

About the role

The Kindergarten Facilitator is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. You will support the development of basic literacy, numeracy and social skills through engaging classroom activities.

Key responsibilities

• Teach foundational literacy and numeracy concepts using age‑appropriate methods.
• Plan and organise fun, interactive learning activities that promote curiosity.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑structured classroom setting.
• Monitor each pupil’s progress, behaviour and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and school management.
• Encourage good manners, teamwork and positive behaviour among children.

Required profile

• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Patience, empathy and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline in a supportive manner.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
