Kitchen Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our fast‑growing Noodlesman De'chicking team in Madina. The role supports daily kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared, cooked and presented to our high standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation, cooking, plating and portion control.
• Maintain a tidy, organized and sanitized work area, including equipment and surfaces.
• Store, label and rotate ingredients according to hygiene standards.
• Support simple food and beverage service tasks and restock supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Follow standard recipes and safety procedures, especially during busy periods.

Required profile

• Strong interest in food preparation and cooking with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, food safety and sanitation practices.
• Customer‑service mindset to support a positive guest experience.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site in Madina, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, teamwork and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Previous restaurant or food‑service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
