Legal SaaS Product Manager – Ghana

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the commercial growth of Baggins Law, a cloud‑based legal practice management and AI‑powered platform, across Accra and the Tema region. You will work independently to acquire law firms and legal practitioners, convert trial users into paying subscribers, and drive revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire law firms, independent practitioners and legal service organisations that need practice‑management software.
• Develop and execute market‑specific growth and customer‑acquisition strategies, leveraging bar associations, legal tech communities and strategic partnerships.
• Present and demonstrate the platform’s case management, smart forms, e‑signatures, billing, client portal, website builder and AI‑assisted features.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, demonstrations and commercial outcomes, and report verified subscription revenue.
• Support onboarding, renewal and churn‑reduction activities to ensure sustainable subscription growth.

Required profile

• Demonstrable professional experience in legal practice management, law‑firm administration or legal‑technology business development.
• Strong understanding of law‑firm operations, case management, client intake, billing and data‑protection requirements.
• Established relationships within law firms or legal associations, or proven ability to build such networks.
• Ability to work independently without a sales team, managing a full commercial pipeline.
