Management Accountant – Aquaculture Operations

About the role
Precision HR Partners is seeking a Management Accountant to support its aquaculture business. You will provide accurate financial information, monitor production costs, and help drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts and track performance against budgets and aquaculture KPIs such as feed conversion ratio and biomass yield.
- Partner with farm and logistics managers to calculate cost of production per kilogram.
- Develop financial dashboards and deliver variance analysis commentary on yields and processing.
- Reconcile fish stock and feed inventories and assist in integrating financial systems with farm data.
- Ensure statutory reporting, tax compliance and support internal and external audits.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICA) or near‑completion.
- 3–5 years of experience in management accounting.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret operational data.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
