Marketing Coordinator – Hospitality & Real Estate

About the role

BrakoVerse Media is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support its hospitality and real‑estate development clients. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will help shape and deliver targeted campaigns that highlight property amenities, events, and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate property benefits, amenities, and seasonal offers to target audiences.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts, local officials, and third‑party partners.
• Build and update a comprehensive media and marketing contact database.
• Collaborate with client sales, events, and operations teams to identify promotional opportunities.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and campaign assets for events.
• Manage brand presence across websites, social media, and hospitality‑focused listings.
• Operate within agreed marketing budgets and flag any variances.
• Track content approval workflows to ensure proper sign‑off before publication.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities, able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Comfortable working under pressure in fast‑moving campaign environments.
• Ability to interpret business indicators and competitive trends and propose practical responses.
• Solid written communication in English for both client‑facing and internal outputs.

Required skills

• Intermediate to strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Trello for project management.
• Competence in managing social media platforms for brand promotion.
