Marketing Manager - Foam Concrete Panels

About the role

Capitol Engineering Limited is hiring a Marketing Manager in Tema, Ghana, to promote its Foam Concrete Panel products. The role combines planning and executing marketing strategies, driving sales to meet monthly targets and visiting client project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Foam Concrete Panel products.
• Design and run marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
• Visit client project sites regularly and promote the products there.
• Drive sales to achieve the monthly sales target.
• Prepare and submit a monthly marketing report to management and attend weekly marketing meetings.
• Lead a team and work collaboratively with management, team members, clients and customers.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Professional qualification as a Professional Marketer.
• 4 to 10 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Built Environment, Real Estate and Construction industries, and familiarity with the ready-mix concrete business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills; confident speaker.
