Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the promotion of our products and services, engaging with both prospective and existing customers. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop marketing skills in a dynamic mining and energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
• Engage with customers, respond to enquiries and provide relevant information.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and customer outreach activities.
• Identify potential customers and help generate new business leads.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with management.
• Assist with other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS) certificate or A‑Level qualification.
• Must reside in or around Tema.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, confident, proactive and customer‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Fluency in Twi, Ga and Ewe is an added advantage.
