Marketing Manager – Furniture & Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for furniture and interior design products. You will shape and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, drive sales, and position our offerings across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance visibility, sales, and brand presence.
• Oversee social media channels, digital initiatives, and online campaigns aligned with brand identity.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to design promotional materials, events, and campaigns.
• Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and web content.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using data analysis and reporting tools.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective resource allocation.
• Lead and inspire the marketing team to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in furniture, interior design or a related manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Innovative thinker with a results‑driven approach and proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Enthusiasm for design and awareness of current furniture and interior‑design trends.
