Mobile Banker / Credit Officer

About the role

LoanHOUSE Microcredit is seeking energetic Mobile Bankers and Credit Officers to expand its customer base across Accra, Tema, Ashaiman and Kasoa. You will work directly in the field, promoting loan products, onboarding new clients and ensuring timely loan repayments.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new customers for LoanHOUSE loan products.
• Market and promote loan offerings in assigned territories.
• Process, verify and assess loan applications, including KYC and field assessments.
• Monitor loan repayments, follow up on overdue accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned loan growth and collection targets.
• Prepare accurate field and customer reports.

Required profile

• SHS/HND/Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in banking, micro‑finance, credit, sales or collections is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑oriented, hardworking and trustworthy.
• Willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork.
