National Service Personnel – 12‑Month Placement

About the role

This 12‑month National Service engagement offers recent graduates hands‑on experience across multiple functional areas, including import‑export, hardware sales, planning, warehousing, and accounts. You will work on projects that support local communities while developing professional capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support in the assigned department.
• Assist with research, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Marketing, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or Ports and Shipping Administration.
• Meets all Ghanaian National Service eligibility criteria.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
