National Service Personnel – Accra & Kumasi (12‑month)

About the role

This 12‑month National Service engagement offers recent graduates a hands‑on opportunity to work within key operational departments in Accra and Kumasi. You will gain practical experience while contributing to projects that support local communities and the company’s supply‑chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the assigned department (Import‑Export, Sales, Planning, Warehouse, or Accounts).
• Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of reports.
• Perform administrative duties and help coordinate cross‑departmental tasks.
• Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and support team objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Marketing, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or Ports and Shipping Administration.
• Eligibility for Ghanaian National Service as defined by local regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and eagerness to develop professionally.
