National Service Personnel – Banking Experience

About the role

First National Bank Ghana is offering a National Service position that provides hands‑on exposure to banking operations. As a National Service Personnel you will join a team of professional bankers, learn through on‑the‑job training and contribute to real business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Attend meetings and shadow staff to understand daily banking processes.
• Conduct research, data analysis and administrative tasks supporting various departments.
• Assist with sales, process improvement and project work that adds value to the business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by proposing proactive solutions.
• Participate in innovation initiatives and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Manage and complete graduate development assignments and training sessions.
• Track progress, report findings and update relevant documentation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student eager to start a career in finance.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
