Key responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries and provide basic support for electronic payment issues.
• Enter and verify data, prepare routine reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Document processes and help update internal procedures.
• Provide administrative assistance to operations, customer support, marketing, and technical teams.
• Learn and follow company systems, compliance guidelines, and security protocols.

Required profile

• Good communication skills and ability to work under supervision.
