National Service Personnel – Sales & Marketing Support

About the role

As a National Service Personnel in the Sales & Marketing team, you will gain practical experience in the building‑materials sector while supporting daily sales and marketing activities. You will work closely with senior executives to help drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with day‑to‑day operations, reporting and coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads and maintain client databases.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in showroom and branch activities, including product display and stock checks.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Help prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Maintain documentation of sales orders and related transactions.
• Collaborate with logistics, accounts and production departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Supervisor/Manager.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eligible for National Service, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with good organisational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
