About the role
The Partnerships Manager will lead the identification, structuring and management of strategic collaborations that deliver measurable, repeatable revenue. This commercial role focuses on building institutional, corporate and distribution partnerships to open new customer segments, markets and channel‑driven pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target high‑value organisations such as corporates, educational institutions, cooperatives, financial firms and retail distributors.
- Design and negotiate partnership agreements with clear commercial objectives, revenue‑sharing or pricing structures, and performance metrics.
- Activate approved partnerships by coordinating internal teams, preparing partners for launch and driving joint initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, optimise agreements and ensure accountability to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Generate new pipeline sources, convert partnership‑derived opportunities and report on conversion rates and revenue contribution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in building and managing revenue‑focused partnerships or alliances.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate discussions into quantifiable agreements.
- Excellent analytical skills to track performance, pipeline value and conversion metrics.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and drive results without relying on networking alone.
