About the role
Saladin Security is seeking a full‑time Patrol Driver to join its on‑site team in Accra. You will operate company vehicles, conduct regular patrols, and respond promptly to security incidents while maintaining professional communication with the security team and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Drive trucks or patrol vehicles safely across assigned routes.
- Perform scheduled patrols to monitor and protect people and assets.
- Report incidents, observations, and daily activities to the security team.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Follow safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- Valid truck driving licence and proven proficiency in truck driving.
- Strong communication abilities for accurate incident reporting.
- Customer‑service orientation to ensure positive client interactions.
- Ability to assess risks and react appropriately in dynamic environments.
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and reporting skills.
