About the role
The Greater Accra Regional Health Directorate of the Ghana Health Service is seeking qualified physiotherapists to join its permanent staff in Accra. The successful candidate will provide physiotherapy services across primary health care facilities within the region.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to patients in hospitals and clinics.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with GHS standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Participate in health promotion and community outreach activities.
Required profile
- BSc in Physiotherapy.
- Completion of one‑year internship or National Service.
- Permanent registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council (or equivalent regulatory body).
- Residency in Ghana or legal right to work in Ghana.
Required skills
- Physiotherapy clinical techniques.
