Practice Lead, Corporate Support Services

About the role

The Practice Lead, Corporate Support Services will provide strategic oversight for finance, administration, facilities and business development functions across the firm. This senior position reports to executive leadership and ensures compliance, efficiency and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting activities, including invoicing, bank payments, reconciliations, payroll, tax returns and annual statements.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs, budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow plans to support strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, logistics, office supplies and facilities management to ensure cost‑effective operations.
• Manage facilities budgeting, maintenance, vehicle registration and security protocols.
• Drive business development activities such as opportunity identification, proposal preparation, client relationship management and consulting support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, statutory filings and risk management for the practice area.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Banking, HRM or Corporate Governance.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience, with at least six years in a supervisory or consulting role.
• Professional membership (ICAG, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
• Proven competence in financial accounting, reporting, statutory compliance and professional services consulting.
