Quantity Surveyor – Construction Cost Management

About the role
The Quantity Surveyor will join TOP TALENT RESOURCES LTD in Accra to manage construction costs from inception to completion. You will prepare Bills of Quantities, develop cost plans and ensure projects stay within approved financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and develop detailed cost plans.
- Monitor project budgets, perform cost estimation, control and reporting.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors and stakeholders to evaluate variations, claims and provide financial advice.
- Assist in tender evaluations, contract administration and produce periodic financial and progress reports.
Required profile
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Professional designation or progress toward accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AIQS) is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with cost estimation software and MS Office, especially Excel.
