About the role
The Quantity Surveyor role at TOP TALENT RESOURCES LTD is a full-time, on‑site position based in Accra. The role involves preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), developing cost plans and monitoring project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and develop cost plans.
- Monitor project budgets, perform cost estimation, control and reporting.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors and stakeholders, evaluate variations and claims.
- Assist in tender evaluations, contract administration and prepare periodic financial and progress reports.
Required profile
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience as a Quantity Surveyor on residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Professional designation or progress toward accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AIQS) is strongly preferred.
Required skills
- Cost estimation software such as CostX, Bluebeam, CATO, AutoCAD.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
