About the role
A&A Limited is recruiting a Recruitment and Training Officer on behalf of a leading private security company operating across Ghana. The role strengthens the company's nationwide recruitment, raises training standards and supports its operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment of security personnel across the country
- Design and deliver training programmes for new and existing staff
- Run physical drills and fitness standards
- Promote occupational health and safety
- Keep training current with modern security practice
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment and security training
- Strong grounding in physical drills and occupational health and safety
- Knowledge of contemporary security practices
- Experience with the Ghana Police Service, Armed Forces, Fire Service or the private security industry is a distinct advantage
