About the role
CodeBridge Africa seeks an energetic and creative educator to deliver remote coding and robotics lessons to children aged 6‑15. You will lead live, interactive sessions that bring technology to life through hands‑on projects.
Key responsibilities
- Teach live online classes covering block‑based programming (Scratch, MIT App Inventor, Thunkable) and basic robotics.
- Mentor learners as they build games, mobile apps, and tech projects.
- Contribute to curriculum design, refine learning materials, and maintain project frameworks.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting digital literacy and STEM education across Africa.
Required profile
- Proven experience or strong comfort teaching children (ages 6‑15).
- Technical proficiency in block‑based coding platforms and foundational robotics concepts.
- Excellent communication, patience, and ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, quiet teaching environment, and familiarity with online delivery tools.
