Remote Sales Executive – Commission Only (Ghana)

About the role

Àbíké Assist is looking for a motivated Remote Sales Executive to expand its client base across Ghana. This commission‑only position offers high earning potential for professionals who thrive in a performance‑driven environment and can work independently from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch and sell a portfolio of services including recruitment, social media management, web design, and other business support solutions to SMEs, startups, and established firms.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and nurture client relationships by understanding needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations, maintain accurate records of leads and activities, and collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of proven sales experience, preferably in recruitment, consulting, or business services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and CRM platforms.
