Sales Executive – Hybrid Role in Accra

About the role

StarLife Assurance is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its team in Accra. This full‑time hybrid position combines office work in Adenta with flexible work‑from‑home days, focusing on promoting life assurance products to individuals and families.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting tailored life assurance solutions.
• Manage a sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and presentations, and close sales to meet targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing policy information and ongoing support.
• Prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active‑listening skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and relationship‑management experience.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of insurance concepts.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client engagements.
