About the role

As a Sales Executive at StarLife Assurance, you will drive the acquisition of new clients and promote a portfolio of life assurance products. You will work on‑site in Goaso, building lasting relationships and delivering tailored financial security solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the Ahafo Region.
  • Promote and sell life assurance products, achieving defined sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for individuals and groups.
  • Maintain and update a client database with accurate information.
  • Provide after‑sales support and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to analyse client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience managing a client database.
  • Adaptability to work on‑site and cooperate within a professional team.
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
  • Residence within Goaso or surrounding areas of the Ahafo Region.
