About the role

BeautynBrushes is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to introduce its AI‑powered salon management platform to beauty businesses. The position offers complete flexibility to set your own schedule while earning uncapped commissions on high‑ticket sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities through cold calls, networking events, and industry meetings.
• Connect with salon owners via calls, online outreach, referrals, and occasional in‑person visits.
• Demonstrate the platform’s benefits and conduct virtual or in‑person product demos.
• Follow up with prospects, convert them into paying customers, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and develop joint marketing strategies.
