About the role
We are looking for a reliable, safety‑focused driver to operate the school bus for Rising International School of Excellence (RISE) in Weija, Ghana. The driver will ensure that students, staff, partners and visitors are transported safely and on time to school, meetings and field activities.
Key responsibilities
- Transport students, staff, partners and visitors safely to and from school, official meetings, school visits and field locations.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to guarantee timely arrivals.
- Maintain a professional, respectful and courteous attitude with all passengers.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to keep the bus in good condition.
Required profile
- Reliable and safety‑conscious individual with a valid driver’s licence appropriate for a passenger bus.
- Commitment to the organization’s Child Protection Policy and safeguarding standards.
- Ability to work consistently with punctuality and professionalism.
