About the role
The Stock Keeper is responsible for maintaining accurate production and inventory records, ensuring smooth stock movement within the manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Check and record daily production quantities.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile stock records.
- Monitor stock movement, including items received, issued, and produced.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and identification of stock.
- Prepare basic stock and production reports for management.
Required profile
- SHS/WASSCE or equivalent.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to maintain simple production and stock records.
