About the role
The Graduate Trainee Supply Chain program offers recent graduates the opportunity to develop core supply chain competencies within a dynamic mining, energy and metals environment. You will rotate through key functions such as sourcing, purchasing, logistics and stock management while working closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and evaluating suppliers
- Purchasing goods and managing purchase orders
- Conducting stock taking and preparing reports
- Planning logistics and coordinating deliveries
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve set targets
Required profile
- Interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
- Self‑driven, able to set and achieve personal goals
- Excellent communication, hard‑working and results‑oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Must be 26 years old or younger, hold a valid driving licence and be ready to relocate
