About the role
Last Mile Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Coordinator to drive operational excellence in its Ghana office. The role blends office administration, facilities oversight, safety and security coordination, and multi‑country operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office administration, including supplies, cleaning, security, maintenance and utilities.
- Oversee facility contracts, lease tracking, inventory, and asset management reporting.
- Coordinate new‑hire onboarding, international staff relocation, and immigration processes for Ghana staff.
- Handle travel arrangements, event logistics, and serve as the Safety and Security Focal Person for the office.
- Support development, rollout, and training of operational processes across other program countries, covering fleet, transportation, facilities, asset management and compliance.
- Project‑manage multi‑country operational initiatives and collaborate with country teams to improve planning, reporting and cost optimisation.
Required profile
- Professional experience in operations, administration or facilities management, preferably in multi‑country or NGO settings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable working with diverse, multicultural teams.
- Residency and legal right to work in Ghana.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Drive, Shared Drives).
