About the role
Publicis West Africa is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to own the strategy, delivery and performance of digital client accounts. You will act as the primary day‑to‑day client lead, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and to agreed standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own senior client relationships and day‑to‑day account leadership.
- Define digital account strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Translate client objectives into clear, measurable campaign plans.
- Lead cross‑functional teams across strategy, creative, media and production.
- Oversee delivery quality and performance across all campaigns.
- Set and review KPIs, reporting frameworks and optimisation plans.
- Manage account‑level budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
- Identify and drive organic growth, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Lead, mentor and develop Digital Account Managers and account teams.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience managing digital client accounts.
- Strong ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans, timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing and guiding account teams.
- Commercial discipline with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Focus on dependable delivery, strong client partnerships and sustained account performance.
