About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrician to lead our on‑site electrical team. In this position you will oversee the maintenance of electrical equipment, guide fellow electricians, and ensure safe, reliable operations within a factory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site electrical equipment maintenance program.
• Guide and supervise electricians during maintenance and repair tasks.
• Train team members on best practices and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• Extensive experience as a low‑voltage electrician in industrial settings.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with low‑voltage electrical components.
• Ability to perform motor wiring and installation independently.
• Experience installing and configuring frequency converters.
