About the role

MasterChamps is an inclusion‑focused early childhood centre seeking an energetic Special Needs Preschool PE Teacher. You will lead daily physical‑education sessions for children aged 3‑8, supporting their developmental milestones in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily PE and outdoor activities tailored to neurodivergent learners.
• Assist each child in reaching individual developmental goals, both independently and in group settings.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress for internal records and parent updates.
• Collaborate closely with parents to ensure consistency between school and home.
• Provide behavioral and emotional support while maintaining a structured, safe activity environment.

Required profile

• Minimum high school qualification or higher.
• Willingness to learn and work long‑term in a team‑oriented setting.
• Patient, adaptable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about neurodivergent children.
• Residence in or near West Legon preferred.
