Supply Chain & Parts Operations Coordinator

About the role

Normet is seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Parts Operations Coordinator to support order desk sales and supply chain functions across its territory. You will play a key role in ensuring parts availability, managing warehouse activities, and coordinating logistics for mining, tunnelling and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to order desk sales and supply chain teams.
• Manage parts demand planning, forecasting and back‑order expediting.
• Oversee bonded and non‑bonded warehouse operations, including outsourced facilities.
• Set up and maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) agreements with customers.
• Coordinate freight and third‑party logistics for local and international deliveries, ensuring customs compliance.
• Maintain accuracy of the ERP parts module (pricing, bin locations, etc.).
• Handle parts account receivable, order confirmations and dealer inquiries.
• Support supplier quality issues and claim handling.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
