Travel Consultant

About the role

Krishna Travels Limited is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Travel Consultant to join its African operations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them plan and book seamless travel experiences across multiple destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage travel itineraries for individual and corporate clients.
• Make reservations for flights, hotels, ground transport, and tours.
• Provide expert travel advice and consulting to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and any issues that arise during travel.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s travel management system.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Africa.
• Experience in travel consulting, travel management, or reservation handling.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
