About the role
This short‑term research project seeks participants to interact with a voice‑assistant system over a period of two weeks. You will use your own phone to make real‑world queries and provide feedback that helps improve the technology.
Key responsibilities
- Make five phone calls to the voice‑assistant within one week, each lasting between 5 and 15 minutes.
- Ask natural, unscripted questions drawn from your daily life, covering topics such as health, work, education, and everyday needs.
- Complete a brief feedback survey (about five minutes) after each call.
- Consent to the recording of calls and generation of transcripts for evaluation purposes.
- Follow any onboarding instructions provided before the call week begins.
Required profile
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Comfortable speaking English and able to place phone calls independently.
- Preferably a feature‑phone user or a smartphone user with limited data access.
- Limited prior experience with voice assistants is preferred.
- Open to participants of any gender from both rural and urban locations.
