VOSA Supervisor – Marketing Software Specialist

About the role

The VOSA Supervisor will lead the implementation and optimisation of the VOSA digital platform, a core component of the company’s digital transformation. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures the platform supports dealer performance, sales digitisation, consumer insight and long‑term brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full implementation, training, operation and continuous optimisation of the VOSA platform.
• Coordinate activities across development, sales and marketing teams to align objectives.
• Maintain system stability and provide first‑line technical support for internal and external users.
• Deliver training sessions and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage localisation, user engagement initiatives and regular system updates.
• Analyse customer behaviour, provide data insights and feedback on campaigns, content and influencer metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in sales and marketing within a large factory or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with online sales tracking tools and applications.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
