Warehouse Manager – Accra & Tema

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations in Accra and Tema, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will lead a team, maintain accurate inventory records, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, storing and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Organize warehouse space to optimise workflow and minimise discrepancies.
• Assign duties, supervise and coach warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory movement using the company’s ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and safe handling procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
