Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead end‑to‑end receiving and dispatch operations for a diversified hardware portfolio. You will dynamically adjust strategies to meet peak and off‑peak demand while ensuring high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and dispatch processes for heavy, light hardware and general merchandise.
• Allocate manpower, forklifts and cranes, and optimise truck loading/unloading sequences.
• Monitor KPIs such as truck waiting time, loading efficiency and in‑warehouse completion rate, targeting ≥95% performance.
• Lead resolution of exceptions (delays, mis‑shipments, shortages, damages) and maintain corrective‑action logs.
• Ensure accurate use of WMS/TMS, aligning system data with floor operations and continuously improving processes.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Sales and Customer Service to obtain shipment plans and support priority orders.
• Manage supervisors and front‑line staff, conduct safety and system training, and drive performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong on‑site coordination, problem‑solving and data‑driven KPI management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, able to work under high pressure.
