Warehouse Officer

About the role

Nestlé Ghana Limited is seeking a Warehouse Officer to manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely and efficient product handling. The role supports inbound, storage, and outbound operations while maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safe loading and off‑loading of trucks to meet operational efficiency targets.
• Deliver complete customer orders on time and manage regular cyclic stock counts.
• Maintain strict hygiene and quality standards throughout the warehouse.
• Execute accurate shift handovers and documentation for traceability.
• Apply First Expired‑First‑Out (FEFO) control for inventory management.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
• Supervise third‑party staff to meet performance indicators and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow through on tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
