Warehouse Supervisor (HWF)

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods. This role reports to management and is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and conduct regular stock counts.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and productivity.
• Enforce safety rules, company policies, and ensure proper labeling and handling of goods.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, productivity, and staffing.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors and delays.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and safety standards.
• Physically fit, reliable and able to work under pressure, including shifts, weekends or overtime.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to use basic computer applications.
