Zonal Sales Manager – Volta Region

About the role
The Zonal Sales Manager will own revenue and distribution performance for the Volta Region, driving growth of airtime reloads, SIM activations and reducing churn. This role reports to senior management and works closely with distributors, freelancers and retailers across the zone.
Key responsibilities
- Implement sales strategy to convert airtime into reloads and achieve gross adds.
- Ensure distributors, DSAs and associate distributors meet Telecel’s KPI targets.
- Drive subscriber acquisition for Mobile, T‑Cash, SOHO & Fixed services.
- Manage a team of Area Account Developers and deliver product‑knowledge training.
- Execute local trade‑marketing campaigns, activations and promotions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales and distribution.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the country.
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle confidential information responsibly.
