About the role
The University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) is seeking qualified professionals to join its finance team as Accountants and Senior Accountants. The positions are based in Sunyani, Ghana, with the expectation that successful candidates will reside on either the Sunyani or Dormaa Ahenkro campuses. Applicants will be part of a dynamic academic environment, supporting the university’s financial operations and reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
- 4–6 years of post‑qualification experience for Accountant positions.
- 6–8 years of post‑qualification experience for Senior Accountant positions.
- Membership in a recognised professional accounting body.
- Willingness to reside on the university campuses during the appointment.
