About the role
The Accounts Officer will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the resort's operational efficiency through accurate reporting. This role is critical for maintaining financial transparency and assisting management in decision‑making for sustainable growth. The position reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with other departments to ensure timely processing of transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage financial records and ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support operational efficiency of the resort through financial reporting
- Maintain financial transparency for management decision‑making
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in hospitality
- Professional certification such as ICA Ghana or ACCA is an advantage
